Supported URL Formats

BidWatch supports eBay listing URLs from any regional site, including:

BidWatch auto-detects the item ID from any valid eBay listing URL, so you do not need to worry about formatting.

How to Add a Listing

1
Click the Add button (+) in the toolbar to open the URL input field.
2
Paste the eBay listing URL into the input field.
3
Press Enter or click the Add button to fetch the listing. On mobile, pasting a URL will auto-fetch the listing immediately.

Auto-Add

When you paste an eBay URL, BidWatch can automatically start fetching it without needing to press Enter. This makes adding listings faster — simply paste and the listing begins loading straight away.

Auto-Retry

If a fetch fails due to network issues or eBay being temporarily unavailable, BidWatch will automatically retry the request. You do not need to manually re-add the listing — just wait and BidWatch will handle it.

After Adding

Once added, the listing card appears showing the title, image, current price, bid count, and a countdown timer to the auction end time. You can click the info button (i) on any card to see more details about the listing.

Tip: Empty slots show as ghost cards, giving you a visual sense of available space. As you add more listings, the grid fills up with your tracked items.
