What is Auto-Refresh?

Auto-Refresh automatically updates all your listings at regular intervals so you always see the latest prices and bid counts without manually clicking Refresh. It is always enabled and runs in the background, keeping every card up to date.

Adjusting the Refresh Interval

Click the Auto-Refresh button in the toolbar to open the interval settings. On mobile, you can find it in the overflow menu (…). Use the dropdown to choose how often your listings update: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes. Choose a shorter interval if you are tracking fast-moving auctions, or a longer one for a more relaxed watch.

Smart Refresh

When an auction is ending in less than 5 minutes, BidWatch automatically switches to a faster 30-second refresh interval for that listing. So you catch last-minute bid changes and price jumps as they happen, without needing to adjust anything yourself.

What Gets Refreshed

Each refresh updates the following information on every listing card:

Images are preloaded during each refresh to prevent visual flashing when the card updates.

Tip: Auto-Refresh uses the eBay API through our server, which caches responses to minimise API usage. You do not need to worry about rate limits.
